Abstract

 The connection between people and art for centuries has provided an opportunity to stabilize the psychological state, their personal development and well-being. Today, in the conditions of "new normal" art therapy is desirable and offers us opportunities to deal with the crisis, reveals internal horizons for self-development. Positive thoughts and feelings fill a person when is engaged in creative activity. The present study marks the beginning of a study related to the impact of art therapy practices on a people emotional state in conditions of social isolation.

Vesela Kazashka, Academy of Music, Dance and Fine Arts „Prof. Asen Diamandiev” Plovdiv, Bulgaria

Vesela Kazashka holds a Master’s degree in "Bulgarian and Russian", a Master's degree in "Macroeconomics" and a Doctorate in the field of special education with the topic "Positive stigma towards people with disabilities." Her professional experience in the field of European integration, financial management and management of research projects gained at the Paisii Hilendarski University of Plovdiv, where she worked as Director of the Research and Development Dept. Current research interests are in the areas of: Financial management; Integration of people with special needs. Now Now she works as Head of Administration of Center of Plant Systems Biology and Biotechnology (CPSBB) and Assistant Professor at the Academy of Music, Dance and Fine Arts - Plovdiv.
